We want you to love your Ploom pieces, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the garments in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
